Enhanced Workflows: Trigger Every Time On Form Submission
We have made significant improvements to our workflow system that now allow workflows to run every time a lead submits a form, even if they're already in your account. This means you can now create automated follow-up sequences that activate regardless of whether someone is a new or existing lead.
Previously, workflows would only trigger when a new lead opted in through a form. We've removed this limitation to give you more flexibility in engaging with your leads and delivering the right content at the right time.
For example, as a course creator with multiple workshop offerings, you can now create specific workflows for each of your forms. When a lead signs up for your 'Facebook Ads Workshop', they'll trigger the "Facebook Ads" workflow. If the same lead later registers for your 'Email Marketing Workshop', the "Email Marketing" workflow will trigger, adding them to the workshop and sending relevant materials.
Note: To ensure smooth automation, leads can only enter a same workflow if they have completed all steps in the workflow or if they've never entered it before.
